About Paige Bernstein

Hi, I’m Paige – a wife, daughter, dog mom, foodie, and registered nurse. After years working in traditional healthcare and clinical research, I witnessed many patients struggling with the basics of caring for their bodies. I was once in their shoes! After experimenting with various diets, workouts, and lifestyles, I discovered that I felt healthiest and happiest when I embraced a simple, holistic approach. This inspired me to return to school and become a certified holistic nutritionist.

 

Now, my mission is to make nutrition easy and accessible. I believe that building a healthy lifestyle starts with understanding the fundamentals. My goal is to help you create a sustainable, balanced approach to nutrition and well-being. Paige was amazing to work with! She really listened to things that I wanted to work on in my life and things that were not as important to me. The biggest thing we discussed was my protein intake since I was previously a vegetarian for 8 years. It was also important to me to prepare my body for pregnancy. She listened to all of the things that I already did and helped me find easy ways to incorporate more protein into my life to make me feel fuller throughout the day. I also tried a few different supplements that I really enjoyed. If you are looking for a nutritionist who will listen to your needs but also push you outside of your comfort zone Paige is the girl for you!
